This new tax regime combines a multitude of other taxes assessed at the Centre and State levels into one indirect tax for the entire country, allowing India to operate as one unified market.

In this webcast, Dr. Shrikant Kamat (BDO India), a tax partner and a member of the firm’s Indirect Tax Leadership team, will review the background and details of India's GST, including key compliance issues and related planning opportunities.
