Product information

According to the Carnegie Institute of Technology, 15 per cent of success is due to brains and skills. The other 85 per cent of success is due to personality factors, such as the ability to successfully deal with other people. How good are you at handling your internal response? Your internal response is the automatic reaction that someone else’s behaviour triggers inside of you. This response is a primary key to effectively dealing with conflict and difficult people. Remember, communication is mostly non-verbal, and your internal response will show up on your face and in your body language. Think about how you typically react in difficult situations. If your reactions are not working for you, then it is time to consider more effective strategies. This webcast will cover the main styles of dealing with conflict and the steps for dealing with difficult people.
